Poi Level I
Mondays from 7 pm - 8 pm at the Garry Oak Room (in the Fairfield Community Center).
Starting Monday, October 19. Ends Monday, November 09, 2009.
This class is a great introduction to those people wanting to learn how to spin poi. In just four weeks, you will learn poi fundamentals such as, learning how to control your planes, turns, and moving with poi. You will also learn the following moves: the butterfly (forwards and backwards), the corkscrew, the forwards weave, the buzzsaw, and more!
