Our collapsible fire hoops feature 6 removable spines equally spaced around the hoop for maximum balance. The spines are flexible so that when your hoop hits the ground the spine will bend to absorb the force of impact, then go back to its original position. We find that having flexible spines will pro-long the life of your fire hoop compared to those with rigid spines. The spines are also rigid enough so that you will not get "wobble" as you are hooping.
The spines are easily unscrewed out of the hoop by hand, this allows for easy transportation and the ability to use your fire hoop as a practice hoop, therefore maximizing your purchasing dollar.

The fire hoop breaks down into three smaller sections for ease of travel.
Each of the three sections has a gray connector coming out of the end and corresponds with a particular other end. You will be able to tell which end goes together by the pattern of the tape, you want to continue the pattern. There is a small hole in each end and in each gray connector. The white plug is inserted through the outer hoop and into to the gray connector forming a solid connection between the 3 pieces.
The white plugs are easy to push in and with a little effort they can be pulled out by hand. Your hoops will be sent with extra plugs just incase you lose one.
