The Conditions of sales apply to all transactions between you and us. "Us" meaning Primal Fire and "you" meaning the customer.
Jurisdiction:
Primal Fire is a Canadian company and is governed in accordance to Canadian Laws.
Product Availability:
We update our list of products every working day (ie. Monday through Friday, excepting Holidays.) In the case that you have ordered goods that are unavailable, we will notify you immediately. In cases such as these, we will give you the choice to cancel your order, wait for more stock, or select other items.
Currency Selection and Payments:
Payments through Pay Pal are preferred; however, we also accept money orders. Money orders must be in the same currency as the buyer's country.
All Payments through Pay Pal have currency converters for international buyers. All international customers have the option of paying with their own currency through Pay Pal. Each currency is updated daily. Please refer to Pay Pal for complete details.
Shipping and Handling:
For North American orders, a flat fee has been included in our Pay Pal set-up as our shipping and handling fee. If you are ordering from outside of North America, please contact us directly for the appropriate rates. Unless otherwise specified, your products will be mailed by regular post.
Once Your Order Has Been Placed:
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details.
When we have received payment, your order will be shipped to you on the following week day. We will send a confirmation email informing you of the date your package has been shipped.
Cancellation Rights:
If you have placed an order and decide to cancel the order, you must contact us (sales@primalfire.org) as soon as possible.
If we have not shipped the order, we will refund the money right away. However, if we have already shipped the order, you must return the items you wish to return, at your own risk and cost, and we will refund the amount for the returned items.
Returns of Faulty or Incorrect Items:
We make all of our products manually and use the best quality of materials availible to us. Please bear in mind that to err is to human, and that we do our best to ensure that all of our products are of professional standards.
In the case that your are dissatisfied with what you have received, you must contact us at sales@primalfire.org first.
We reserve the right to replace goods at our cost or to refund damaged or faulty goods.
We will not reimburse you for shipping costs unless we have instructed you to do so.
Returns of Other Items:
In the case that your are dissatisfied with what you have received, you must contact us at sales@primalfire.org as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds on any fire props that have been burned. Make sure that you are completely satisfied with your item before you light it up.
We will not reimburse you for shipping costs.
If a Parcel Goes Missing:
We do not provide shipping insurace unless specifically requested by the customer.
In the event that you have not received the parcel, please contact us at sales@primalfire.org so we may investigate the order status.
Liability:
Primal Fire products are not toys.
They should be used by adults or with adult supervision.
We assume no responsibility for harm incurred during the use of these products. However, for your safety, we include a set of safety guidelines with all of our fire products.
By ordering Primal Fire equipment, you acknowledge you use them at your own risk.
