Our sock poi are perfect for beginners! Each poi is made with softness in mind for anyone first learning poi or trying out a new move. Each pair of sock poi includes a pair of tennis balls; however, if you find the balls too hard, there is a slit in the side of the socks to remove the tennis balls and replace them with something softer.
